Want to raise an X-wing from a swamp on Dagobah with your mind or battle Darth Vader? They’ve got you covered. According to their press release, here’s how it works:
These magical scenes are re-created through hologram images and a wireless headset with real brainwave sensors that read and interpret your levels of concentration. The more you focus, the more successful you are in using the Force to move and control the hologram image and successfully complete the Jedi challenge.
The images and Jedi Challenges are thanks to an exclusive app that comes with the product and is powered by a user’s tablet device. It projects the holograms into a Jedi Training base with 10 different levels. You can go from Padawan to Jedi Knight to Jedi Master, all with the help of Yoda’s guidance. More Jedi challenges will be available for download as the app updates and new Star Wars movies come out. While it won’t be around until Fall at a whopping $119.99, the Force Trainer is fun but expensive.
