Bob’s Burger Volume #2

BobsV2-02-Cov-A-McCarthyAfter a short hiatus, the Bob’s Burger Comic series is back! The series still has the same format with stories from each of the kids but the Burgers of the Day and Letters with Linda portions are gone. Each of the kid’s stories now have distinct styles that set them apart from each other.

In this issue Tina’s Erotic Friend Fiction is about Jungle Tina and her adventure to civilization following behind Jimmy Pesto Jr, while checking out his behind. In Louise’s Unsolved Mysteries and Curious Curiosities: The Ride Part 1, the kids think that one of the rides at Wonder Wharf could be stopping time. Finally in Gene’s Rhymey Rhymes That Could One Day Be Songs The Kids the Witch and the Coat Closet, the kids enter into a twisted version of The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.

I really like this new version of the comic series. It’s great to see each of the children’s styles represented in the stories instead of the same style for each one. I am also glad that Gene’s musicals are now  rhymes instead of songs. It makes them much easier to read. The comic still has all the charm and humor of the show and first comic series.

Bob’s Burgers fans should check out the new series for some new adventures with the Belcher kids.
