Survive the Purge at Universal Horror Nights

The Purge will once again commence at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Got anybody you don’t like that needs to be dealt with?

Terror Tram Survive The Purge Poster

This year, rather than being thrown to the wolves as soon as you enter the park, guests will be pitted against those who need to be cleansed in an all-new “Terror Tram” experience. Terror Tram has housed several dangers over the years like Ghostface of Scream fame, and The Walking Dead. It seems Universal finally has gotten the Walkers contained to their own maze, but that has left the Universal Backlot a breeding ground for those in our country who are more morally flexible than is socially acceptable.

Guests will have a front row to the annual Purge festivities as invited guests to a “Purge Party,” watching the country’s dramatic events that will be taking place during the annual 12-hour sanctioned Purge Night. Unfortunately, no is ever safe on Purge Night. Not even the party guests.

From the Press Release:

Beginning Friday, September 18, the annual Purge will commence at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort as both parks debut all-new disturbingly-real experiences, inspired by Universal’s popular franchise film series!  Guests will attempt to survive the night as they are immersed in the film’s depraved world, where all crime is declared legal as part of the government’s annually sanctioned 12-hour Purge.
