First Look at Ludo in the ‘Labyrinth’ Game by River Horse

Share

A while ago, River Horse revealed their sculpted model for Hoggle in their upcoming table-top Labyrinth game. Now, they have unveiled everyone’s favorite big monster, Ludo. Like Hoggle and the other figures to come, Ludo was crafted by Johny Frazer-Allen.

The table-top game is now ready for testing by the selected test audiences. River Horse has released few details about the game itself. However, Alessio Cavatore, the game’s designer, says he has worked on this with his seven year old daughter and “one of my design principles is that both her and I need to be able to play it and enjoy it,” adding that it can also be described as “Cooperative, traditional, for families, cheerful, light-hearted, bizarre” which sounds very much like the movie itself.

He has also included a picture of an early play-test with his daughter on the game’s Facebook Page.

Everything posted so far makes this look like a game to look forward to!
