New Trailer for ‘The Good Dinosaur’ Has Us Asking ‘Is it Thanksgiving Yet?’

From rats in restaurants to emotions on a quest, Pixar has the knack of choosing strange topics and turning them into smart, heart-grabbing movies. The question “What if the asteroid that killed the dinosaurs missed?” was turned into The Good Dinosaur, and it looks like it’s going to be another winner. This trailer, showing the little lost dinosaur, Arlo, and his pet boy as they try to find Arlo’s home certainly has a strong “aawww” factor.

It also has T-Rexes which, surprisingly, become a part of the cuteness, and a snake which does not. Given Pixar’s track record, there are bound to be plenty of good one-liners and memorable music. The movie just went from “Dinosaurs–I might go” to “Is it Thanksgiving yet?”
