Titan comics has announced that in addition to the wealth of Doctor Who comics they currently provide, the dark -and often heartbreaking- spinoff Torchwood will be joining the lineup. Written by the brother-sister powerhouse of Carole E. and John Barrowman, the comic will continue the adventures of the Torchwood crew in an ongoing series. John Barrowman, is of course, best known for his role as Captain Jack Harkness in the TV show. The art will be done by Antonio Fuso (Drive, The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest) and Pasquale Qualano (Batman ’66, She Hulk, Harley Quinn). The new Torchwood comics will also be in continuity with the Big Finish audio dramas and come to stores on July 6, 2016.
