Aspen Comics and Marvel Creating a Michael Turner Variant Cover for Weapon X #1

Aspen and Marvel are teaming up for a new Michael Turner set of covers for Weapon X #1. Michael Turner drew the cover in 1997 as part of a planned collaboration between him and Jeph Loeb. Peter Steigerwald has colored three variants of the cover, which will be limited release. According to Aspen’s press release “Michael Turner Weapon X #1 will be limited to 3,000 copies, the Weapon X #1 Cover B will be limited to 2,000 copies and only available in the Weapon X #1 set of covers A and B, and an ultra-rare Weapon X #1 Old Man Logan Edition Cover C limited to 1,000 copies only available in the three cover set.” The covers will be available for pre-order from www.AspenStore.com at 9:00 AM PST/12:00 PM EST. The Cover A copy is priced at $14.99, the two-cover A & B package is $29.99, and the three-cover set is $59.99.
