‘Manolo’ The Boy Who Made Shoes for Lizards’ Tells the Story of Manolo Blahnik

The name Manolo Blahnik is famous in the world of designer shoes.  Opening in Los Angeles and New York on September 15th, the new documentary Manolo: The Boy Who Made Shoes for Lizards is a portrait of the legendary shoe designer.  Blahnik’s world was explored by fashion journalist Michael Roberts, and features not only a sneak peek into Blahnik’s life, but also his influence on folks like Anna Wintour, Rihanna, Paloma Picasso, Iman, Naomi Campbell, Rupert Everett, Karlie Kloss, Isaac Mizrahi, and Andre Leon Tally.
