Netflix is taking a stab at Rudyard Kipling with their upcoming film Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle. If the voices in the trailer sounded familiar, it’s because this cast is pretty well known. The film includes the voice talents of Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Benedict Cumberbatch, Andy Serkis, Freida Pinto, Matthew Rhys and Naomie Harris. The film also stars newcomer Rohan Chand.

The film follows Mowgli, a young boy raised in the wild, as he learns that he is human and what that means when he is between the human and animal worlds. Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle will have a limited theatrical engagement in select theaters starting November 29th, with the film being released December 7th on Netflix.
