When Iolanda Zanfardino and Elisa Romboli come knocking, I sure do show up. Hello and welcome and we’re here to talk about the latest in comics from the duo that I clearly sold my soul to years ago: The Least We Can Do volume 1.
Listen…this may be one of the most creative stories the duo has done and that’s coming from a bona fide simp of their work. The Least We Can Do is a fascinating story of a post-apocalyptic world full of magic, military regimes, rebels fighting for their cause and very strong Mad Max meets Divinity: Original Sin vibes. This is volume 1 so there’s still lots of questions swirling around in my head but I am so excited to see where the story goes. Once more I am amazed at how these works so seamlessly weave in amazing and genuine pieces of representation for those with physical disabilities and for POC individuals with a variety of looks and all are valid and all are beautiful.
There are hot women, hot men, ACTION and more!
You can pick up The Least We Can Do volume 1 wherever you get your comics on Sept. 14th!
This is of course highly recommended by me and I’m stoked to see where the story goes!
