If our shiny awesome “Why Fangirls Matter” Panel isn’t enough to draw you to Comikaze in LA this weekend, maybe we can sweeten the deal with a little bit of love from Tetris®.
Per the staff at Comikaze:
To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Tetris, the Tetris® brand and Stan Lee’s Comikaze Expo will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the Longest Link of Human Tetriminos. Hundreds of Tetris fans will dress up as colorful, life-sized Tetris pieces (known as Tetriminos) and line up in the LACC’s South Hall. Members of The Frag Dolls, an all-female professional gaming team, will emcee the event, and executives from the Tetris brand will join hundreds of Tetris and Comikaze fans for the big celebration.
The gathering will occur between 4 and 5pm upstairs at the indoor atrium area of the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center.
