iZombie fans are soon going to be enjoying a delicious feast as Season Two becomes available for binge-watching on July 12, 2016. There will be a four-disk DVD set with all of Season Two’s episodes and also Blu-Ray releases for both Season One and Season Two separately.
The Season Two set includes the nineteen episodes from the second season and extras in the form of deleted scenes and the San Diego Comic-Con Panel.
So, if you’ve been enjoying the adventures of Liv the zombie-detective, her friends, and her enemies, block out a weekend or so in July, get some ice cream ready in the freezer, and plan to curl up for a long watch. Synopsis for iZombie
iZOMBIE stars Rose McIver as Olivia “Liv” Moore, a medical resident on the fast track to a perfect life … until she’s turned into a zombie. As season two begins, Liv’s ex-fiancé and love, Major, is reeling from recent events and the knowledge that Liv is a zombie. Meanwhile, Blaine — now human — struggles to maintain his zombie world; Clive searches for Blaine and suspects Major’s involvement in the Meat Cute massacre; and Ravi remains devoted to finding an antidote to the zombie virus. Unlikely alliances will be struck, relationships will be challenged and the line between good and evil will blur for both zombies and the fully living.
