Worldbuilders founded by author Pat Rothfuss “in order to use the collective power of readers, fellow authors and book lovers to make the world a better place,” passed a one million dollar stretch goal for 2016, and in celebration/as a reward have released a video where Neil Gaiman reads ‘The Raven’ by candlelight.
Doing things properly (as he does), Gaiman has lit a flickering fire and a large stand of candles to read by, giving the tale that extra edge.
Worldbuilders raises money for solid charities like : Heifer International, Mercy Corps, and First Book. They’re hard at it over at Worldbuilders.org if you’d like to get involved.
