THOR. HULK. SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! -takes another breath-

THOR: RAGNAROK

Sorry about that. As you can guess, the new featurette for Thor: Ragnarok is now available from Marvel Studios. Here is the summary provided by the Walt Disney Studios publicity team:

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok—the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization—at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger—the Incredible Hulk!

Sounds AWESOME! Let’s take a look at it…

Ok…now I CAN’T wait. I may be attending a convention when this is released but I WILL find a way to watch it (they have theaters in Tucson afterall). Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok has kept the comic community alive with chatter for some time now. If this is anything like the other Thor movies, then fans are sure to have a heaping helping of Asgardian splendor mixed with heart pounding calamity. The movie will be released in the U.S. on November 3rd, so put an appointment in your calendars and get ready for the newest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
