20th Century Fox and Walt Disney Studios have started production on the upcoming film Free Guy. The film stars Ryan Reynolds and Taika Waititi, which was news I really needed today. The film is directed by Shawn Levy and co-stars Jodie Comer, Lil Rey Howery, Joy Keery, and Utkarsh Amudkar.
So far all that’s really been released about the story is the following:
FREE GUY tells the story of a lonely bank teller who discovers he is actually a background character in the open-world videogame Free City.
Free Guy is planned for release on July 3, 2020.
