So we’ve been getting Loot Crate at our house for nearly a year now and for the first time in a long time we got a box full of stuff that we are not going to be trying really hard to find a home for. April’s theme was Showdown! And that means that there is Avengers stuff (yeah baby!) Godzilla stuff (yay!) Sonic the Hedgehog stuff (sweet!) plus more! Ready for the pictures? Cause here they come!
The full Showdown Loot Crate for April. They are obviously reusing boxes, as the Bumblebee cutout on the cover is from a few months ago, we cut it out and put it together the last time it showed up 😉
As a huge Avengers nerd I was beyond excited to get this Captain America 3D comic standee. He gets to go right next to the Hulk one I got a few boxes ago.
The t-shirt this go round was Sonic and Friends, and for the first time, might not actually fit me. So my oldest daughter grabbed it right up!
The pin which I always attach to my purse isn’t really from anything, but it looks an awful lot like it comes from Street Fighter, the red and the blue and the Shuriken! energy ball led me to that conclusion.
Inside was also a red bull (yuck) and some really cool metal straws (which I would never buy for myself, but am going to use a lot)
From the new Godzilla: King of the Monsters movie that comes out soon there were these gorgeous metallic art prints and from Battlestar Galactica there were also some pretty cool target practice posters.
The only true downside this month is that instead of a Aquaman challenge coin like we were supposed to get, we got a poster instead. That makes me kinda sad, but considering the last few months we’ve ended up finding homes for about 50% of the box’s contents, I’m taking the win this month! As a family we’ve loved Loot Crate a long time, so even when the contents aren’t really our style, we still enjoy getting it. Luckily, April was a great crate, can’t wait to see what’s coming next month!
