Small Town Monsters has a new documentary about the creepy things in the sky called Terror in the Skies. Director Seth Breedlove guides viewers though research of hundred of years of reports or sightings of massive winged creatures, leading up to the Chicago “Mothman” sightings from 2017. I had no idea that a kid was picked up and almost carried away in the 1970’s or that the sightings in 2017 were so prevalent in Chicago. At this time, the listed sightings are up to 71. The film quality was pretty solid and interviews feature Loren Coleman of the Cryptozoology Museum. The documentary covers winged demon creatures, humanoids, Thunderbirds, and Mothman, but it also features the disagreements between cryptozoology professionals about what exactly these sightings could mean.
