Want to get to know a Native American Slayer and how the Hellmouth came to be such a gathering place for evil? You get to meet her in this issue. We are introduced to an Italian Slayer who unfortunately knows a vampire all too well. There’s also a young Frenchwoman in 1820’s Paris. Each segment is a short read, but this issue acts as an introduction to the colorful world fans of Buffy have only grazed the surface off.
As an old-school Buffy fan I adored the start to this series. Chosen Ones captures the nature of the Buffyverse.
