Superman: Red Son is getting the animated movie treatment in the upcoming film of the same name. The film will premiere on digital February 25, 2020 and on DVD, Blu-ray, and HD Blu-ray Combo Pack on April 17, 2020. Based on the Elseworlds series from 2003, Superman: Red Son imagines a world where the Kryptonian crash lands in Stalinist Russia instead of Kansas. Man, it’s like all our pop culture is suddenly focusing on the former USSR.
