Newlyweds Guillaume and Emma are thrilled to start their life together and start having kids. The only problem is Guillaume’s side of things are not…working as well as they could. The spectre of sterility stairs them right in the fact, but they decide to explore in vitro fertilization. Together, they step forward into a journey of failed attempts, the horrors of WebMDs, and sperm donations. There’s also the pesky memories of an estranged father in his life.
While the comic In Vitro is incredibly funny, there are some panels that are definitely not kid friendly. William Roy’s comic is loving, hysterically funny and pulls at your heart. The comic is based on his real life experiences. The works is full of comical illustrations by Sylvain Dorange.
In Vitro is available now. National Infertility Awareness Week will be here April 19, so this comic is right on time.
