The Russo Brothers (Anthony and Joseph Russo) have directed many the Marvel films and are now are bringing their directorial knowledge to IG live. With pizza.
On May 15th, The Russo Brothers will be introducing the Russo Bros Pizza Film School on Instagram. Every week, they will host an IG Live where they educate and share their love of favorite classic films.
They will assign a movie for the class every week. They will discuss the movie, their connections, all while enjoying pizza from a local pizzeria.
For movie lover fans, this will be another great outlet to watch certified well known Directors drop some knowledge. In addition, anything that generally helps highlight local business is an automatic win for the community.
For the first “assignment”: La Haine (available on Amazon Prime Video and iTunes Movies). The first episode will also feature guest Pete Hammond, Chief Film Critic and Awards Columnist for Deadline Hollywood.
The series airs Fridays at 5PM PT / 8PM ET.
