Ursula Von Rydingsvard is one of very few female sculptors who creates massive monuments. Her work was featured in the Venice Biennale and is in some of the most famous Modern Art museums in the world. The new documentary Ursula Von Rydinsgvard: Into Her Own, explores her life, including her early life as a displaced person in World War 2, and her life in New York. The film includes interviews with curators, family, artists, and patrons.
Daniel Traub is the director of the documentary. It will be released to limited theaters starting June 5.
