Vault Comics and Paradox Interactive have teamed up to publish the official Vampire: The Masquerade comic book series. Issue #1 is planned for release in July 2002. The first comic is co-written by Tm Seeley, Tini Howard, and Blake Edward. Art is drawn by Devmayla Pramanik, Nathan Gooden, with colors by Addison Duke.
For goth nerds like myself, the World of Darkness universe was a delightful roleplaying escape. Vampire: the Masquerade as a comic series will open reader to ghouls, hunters, and vampires that live in the world around us. The first issue follows an enforcer for the kindred, as she encounters a strange young vampire swept up in a conspiracy that goes to the very foundations of vampire society. Each issue will also have exclusive Vampire: The Masquerade 5th edition material so that roleplayers can both read and play along.
