If you’re looking for a sweet holiday story, The Invader Zim Quarterly “Holiday Special” is not going to be that comic. The first pages start off with Santa flying through space and taking over a planetary hive mind and turning them into his elf slaves…so, kind of like that. We quickly find Zim trying to learn the true meaning of “Fistmas” and the giant traditional ham tree. There’s even a story of Professor Membrane trying to create an arsenal to take down Santa Claus. As always, Oni Press/Lionforge and Invader Zim bring the weird.
