In 2005, an extremely messed up pseudo-children’s show appeared on MTV and our minds were forever damaged beyond repair. This show was called Wonder Showzen. CBS has now released the entire series on DVD and friends, it’s about as wickedly funny and inappropriate as you might remember. The initial warning before each episode even advises that if you share this with your children, you are a bad parent.

Wonder Showzen. The show often features kids meeting people like butchers, calling out stock brokers, and even going on Mr. Roger’s-like adventures to places like meet packing plants. Unfortunately, this show is responsible for some of my more regularly used phrases with my sister. I’m not proud of it, but man does this stupid show still make me laugh like a maladjusted person in therapy.
