Rustic Oracle follows the story of a missing teenage girl through the eyes of her sister. Though the film is a work of fiction, its a look at the tragic crisis plaguing indigenous communities. The work is film was written, directed and produced by a team of indigenous filmmakers, starts mainly indigenous women, and features extras from the Kahnawake and Kenesatake.
Rustic Oracle comes to VOD and digital formats May 4, 2021.

8-year-old Ivy’s older sister, Heather, has vanished, from their small Mohawk community. With minimal clues, and no support Ivy & her mother set off to find her. Behind the story of despair, told through Ivy’s eyes, lies hope, growth, awakening & love.
