This one is near and dear to our Editor in Chief’s heart. Ransomed Life is a group in South Texas helping to provide trauma-informed counselling and support to young men and women who have gone through human trafficking, as well as programs to help prevent it.

The Trevor Project is the World’s largest LGBTQ+ organization to help prevent suicide and provide crisis intervention, including both a call and text line.
Morgan’s Wonderland is a unique amusement park in San Antonio open to all children, but designed to help those with special needs. It is an absolute blast and its named after the founder’s daughter. They are working to help expand and create more inclusionary activities for children.
This organization works with Foster children to give them one of a kind experiences, while also making sure they aren’t slugging their possessions in a trash bag from home to home.
