Dark Horse Direct and Legendary Entertainment are working together to release the royal ornithopter from Dune in statue form. The model is a “meticulously crafted replica” made by Gentle Giant Studios. It stands 14.5 inches and comes with a hand numbered certificate of authenticity. Only 500 will be made and its $229.99. Preorders are expected to start shipping in September and November 2022.
