Hello, hello, your Prince has returned. You may be asking: “Amanda, where the hell did you go?” Well…I didn’t go anywhere. I have chronic depression…but we’re not here to talk about that. We’re here to talk about where I left off and where I am HAPPY TO BE BACK reading A Thing Called Truth which has volume 4 coming out Feb. 2nd and when I tell you it feels good to be back, this was absolutely worth crawling out of my depression nest for.
Remember that fantastic hot chaotic lesbian roadtrip that I was raving on before well there’s a 4th hecking volume and things keep heating up! I was able to catch up with volumes 2 and 3 which are out now and with volume 4 approaching, there’s no better time to catch up with me.
Where we left…well, it’s a chaotic lesbian roadtrip with a very tasty amount of revenge that brings us to Spain and Paris, France. Come on, who doesn’t want a bucket list sapphic roadtrip? Like this series is made for me. The art is still gorgeous as always, the humor is like…peak and I love being pandered to and this story has so much heart to it that just sits behind the surface of the chaotic lesbian roadtrip that feels so genuine and not at all forced or saccarine.
Y’all when I say that I am STOKED to see where this is going…I am like literally on pins and needles waiting for volume 5. I am so glad to be back and being back means a return to reviewing excellent works like this.
