.Self #5 is the conclusion of the short series, brought to you by comiXology. Written by Chris Sebela, with art by Cara McGee, .Self started back in Novemeber 2021 and has just released it’s alst issue.
Postscript backs up everything about a person into a file ready to be loaded in a printed body that offers one final chance to wrap up loose ends after they’ve died. When Nat Winters’ Postscript gets hacked and her file is torrented, her seemingly perfect life gets set on fire by the tweaked copies of her running around the world, chasing down their own versions of her deferred dreams.
Nat enters the belly of the beast to confront the mysterious Blank who has been trying to kill her, but nothing is what she expects. With no more options and surrounded by enemies, Nat will have to find a way to outsmart the scariest enemy of all: herself.
Stay tuned, some time next week I’ll have a review for the entire 5 issue run!
