Locke & Key artist and co-creator Gabriel Rodriguez, writer Chris Ryall, and colorist Jay Fotos have teamed up for the extra-long one-shot story of a cyborg warrior Onyx. The one shot is set to come to comic book shops Wednesday September 28th, from Image comics.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Onyx arrives in a near-future Nigeria beset by overpopulation and food shortages alongside another alien entity that corrupts all lifeforms in its presence. Is Onyx here to save the planet or, in its final throes, will she help hasten its destruction?
