Tuscon reporter Valerie Lott comes painfully close to the murder of a young woman, she finds herself searching for answers. The audiobook, narrated by Geoff Sturtevant, does give the book a sort of self-help feel in parts involving our secret gentleman. Valerie Lott seems extremely uncomfortable in her job, so by the end of this book you’re pretty thrilled that she’s making better decisions. The book is designed for romantic suspense.
