Chloe Brown is definitely not expected in a small town like Fantasie, Maine. Her large taco truck is not only an eyesore, but it breaks down as she flees New York. She’s built a successful restaurant before, but post breakup all she wants is to get out on the road and get away from the life she knows. The taco truck ends up in the parking lot of Lawyer Lucas Donovan. He is less than pleased at the eyesore and irritated by the inconvenience. Thankfully, the rest of the Donovan clan is welcoming, and decides to help Chloe get her truck back up and running. Lucas’ brother even offers to sweeten the truck up with some new modifications. What follows is an enemies to lovers romantic comedy, complete with a cast of colorful neighbors, a charming town, and the trope of grumpy vs spicy sunshine. In short, I loved it. Taco Bout Love gives readers a smart and funny protagonist achieving her dreams.
