The new graphic novel Whistleblowers: Four Who Fought to Expose the Holocaust to America is a new graphic novel from Dark Horse and Yoe Books. The story follows four heroes that risked their lives to expose the horrors of the Holocaust. The graphic novel is written by Holocaust scholar Dr. Rafael Medoff, with art and colors by Dean Motter. One chapter in the book is based on a diary entry from Arthur Weil, a previously unknown diary from a survivor on the St. Louis refugee ship, turned away from American in 1939.

Roosevelt’s cabinet who challenged his refugee policy; an eyewitness to Nazi atrocities who revealed the truth to Allied leaders; and an American civil servant who blew the whistle on government officials who were blocking the rescue of Jews from the Holocaust.
