Maria is a human who has found totally herself totally crushing on a guy named Evan. On their first date, Evan’s cousin needs to take a quick stop at a local club, The Stake. The thing is the club is a vampire club focusing on house music, the closest thing to a heartbeat. Rather than the night getting ruined by the detour, Maria finds herself deeply in love with house music and even Evan’s secrets.
Artist and writer Nick Winn brings this adorable vampire story to print with Bloody Mary. The art is adorable, the story is fun, and there’s enough of a creep factor to keep folks interested.
