Blumhouse Films has announced an upcoming adaptation of graphic novel The Exorcism of 1600 Penn. Written by Hannah Rose May and artist Vanessa Del Rey, the comic book series follows the first female president of the United States as she works to calm political tensions that could lead to a world war, as the White House becomes a battleground for demons. There’s no official word yet on a release date or principal photography for the film, but frankly the US is kind of working through their own horror story all its own at the moment.
