Coming this June, BOOM! Studios will be releasing the conclusion to the popular series Wild’s End. The anthropomorphic sci-fi trilogy by Dan Abnett and I.N.J. Culbard will end with a collection called Wild’s End: Journey’s End.
“Dan and I.N.J. have raised the stakes in Journey’s End and crafted an incredibly human story of perseverance in the face of unyielding darkness,“ said Cameron Chittock, Editor, BOOM! Studios. “It’s a rich, emotional conclusion, worthy of the science fiction epic they’ve been telling since 2014.”
The collection is expected in comic book stores and on the BOOM! website on June 27, and in bookstores July 3rd. Digital copies will be available from major digital comic distributors. The story focuses on a world where alien invaders have overrun cities and the countryside, despite military intervention. There’s little hope for humanity’s survival, but the survivors are willing to work with people to make a final attempt to stop the destruction.
