Wild Eye Releasing has just announced the upcoming CarousHELL for 2019. CarousHELL is the latest horror trip from Steve Rudzinski, director of Red Christmas, Captain Z and the Terror of the Leviathan and Everyone Must Die!
Rudzinski also wrote the film with Aleen Isley and let me tell you, if the trailer is anything to go by it will be a buckin’ ride. The horror/comedy follows Duke, a sentient carousel unicorn that is tormented by an obnoxious child. He’s decided enough is finally enough, and breaks free of his ride to go on a murderous rampage. The film stars Steve Rimpici as the revenge-powered Duke, as well as Sé Marie and Haley Madison.

From the looks of this trailer you know you are in for something extremely silly and loads of fun. The budget is not high, but who cares about that when you see a unicorn’s horn awkwardly impaling dudes in the jugular? The makeup effects look like the spot where all the money went, and it definitely pays off – check out the money shot at the end!
