The first issue of Jim Henson’s The Storyteller: Tricksters #1 is set to come to comic book stores March 17, 2021. The next in The Storyteller series, I’m delighted to see that Tricksters are the next focus. The first issue, as it should be, will focus on Anansi, the Trickster of Tricksters. The first issue is written by Jonathan Rivera, with art by Jade Zhang, and lettering by Jim Campbell.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Discover the fascinating tale of Anansi, the spider-god, and his quest to free all Stories from his father, the sky god Nyame. But when Anansi becomes the Keeper of Stories, what will he decide to do with all of his new, potentially world-changing knowledge?
