People from all walks of life long to be in the British Baking Tent and get their chance to show off their baking skills on national television. Neal, a self-important creep, makes himself a meance the day before competition. This also makes him a target. The remaining contestants come back to find Neal poisoned. Shauna, a young student, decides to step up her game and offer to solve the mystery and compete in the competition. Not only does everyone need to bake, they need to bake for their lives.
The Great British Bump-Off is colorful, fun, and feels like something Agatha Christie would be helping with were she still around. It’s a fun read. Look for April 12th from Dark Horse Comics.
