Author Caitlin Rozakis perfectly captures the insane world of having to get your kid ready for school while also being in the middle of what might be the end of the world. The Grimoire Grammar School Parent Teacher Association is full of colorful characters and that familiar feeling of trying to fit in and keep your kids safe. Anyone who has had to endure new weird rules at their child’s school or those last-minute runs for a project due the next day will find themselves in these pages, even if we aren’t trying to have to break an ancient curse to save our town.
I tend to read a great deal of books digitally, but the orange sprayed and stenciled edges of this book were just too cute to pass up.
